Preparation Instructions

Your Meal, Your Way Recipe 1 Meat Night Simply Add: 500g Chicken Thigh Fillets, Fat Trimmed, Sliced 1 Medium Red Capsicum (130g), Deseeded and Diced 400g Can Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained 4 Cups Lettuce (200g), Sliced 3/4 Cup Cheese (90g), Grated ½ Bunch Coriander (20g), Finely Chopped 10 Regular Tortilla (400g) Get Cooking: Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 10 Minutes Marinate Chicken With Maggi Recipe Base and 1 Tsp of Oil. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in A Pan, Brown Chicken for 2 Minutes. Add Capsicum and Cook for 1 Minute. Add Black Beans and ½ Cup (125ml) of Water. Simmer Uncovered for 5 Minutes Or Until Chicken Cooked Through, Stirring Occasionally. Warm Tortilla According To Packet Directions.
