Blueberry Muffins Mix: Wheat Flour (Thiamin, Folate), Sugar, Buttermilk Powder, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate, 450, 341), Salt, Natural Flavours (Milk). Blueberry Filling: Blueberry (59%), Sugar, Blackcurrant, Thickeners (1442, 1412), Water, Preservative (202), Mineral Salt (509), Acidity Regulator (330).

Preparation Instructions

Blueberry Muffins Prep: 5 mins Cook: 16-18 mins All you need is: 125mL (1/2 cup) Vegetable Oil (sunflower, canola or soybean) 1 Egg (59g) 175mL (3/4 cup) Milk 1. Preheat. Preheat oven to 200°C conventional or 180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a standard 12 x 1/3 cup capacity muffin tray or line with paper cases. 2. Mix. Place the oil, egg and milk into a medium mixing bowl and whisk to blend well. Add muffin mix and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Do not over-mix. Empty contents of the blueberry filling satchet into the bowl and fold it in gently with no more than 5 turns of the mixture to create a marbled effect. Divide mixture evenly among muffin holes. 3.Bake. Bake for 16-18 mins or until muffins are golden brown and a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Transfer pan to a wire rack and stand for 10 mins before transferring muffins individually onto the rack to cool. Time may vary depending on oven.

Storage Instructions

Blueberry Muffin mix best stored in cool, dry conditions at or below 25°C.
